How We Work
RFQ
Share commodity name, DG status, weight, volume, piece count, and destination. We confirm the right air option and tariff outline.
Booking
We reserve airline space, confirm cut-off timing, and coordinate pickup or warehouse delivery before cargo is tendered at origin.
Origin customs
We prepare export documents, complete China customs filing, and move cargo from the origin warehouse to the departure airport.
Main-leg air
We track each departure and arrival milestone, then update you as cargo moves through the air main-leg.
Destination clearance
We handle destination customs, duty settlement under DDP, and dispatch courier or trucking for final delivery.
Signed delivery

FAQ
Air-express, airport-to-airport, or commercial courier — which fits my cargo?
Air-express DDP for fulfillment-bound shipments where door-arrival matters. Airport-to-airport when you have a destination 3PL or trucking partner taking over at the airport. Commercial courier for individual parcels at or below 45 kg.
How do I estimate chargeable weight before sending a quote request?
For volumetric / light cargo: 1 CBM = 167 kg. For palletized cargo: L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000. We bill on the higher of gross weight or chargeable weight.
Can you ship lithium batteries or battery-bearing electronics?
Yes, by case. We screen lithium-ion and lithium-metal shipments against current IATA Lithium Battery Guidance — covering embedded, packed-with, and stand-alone configurations under PI 965–970. We confirm airline acceptance, UN3480 / UN3481 / UN3090 / UN3091 marking, and section IA / IB / II thresholds before quoting. Send commodity name, battery configuration, and MSDS; we reply with feasibility and any packaging requirements within 24 hours.
When should I pick air over ocean?
Pick air when (a) you’re restocking against a sell-through window measured in weeks, not months — FBA replenishment, ASIN restock, DTC product launches; (b) your unit economics can absorb a higher freight cost per kg without breaking margin — generally electronics, apparel, accessories with several USD or more per kg of landed value; (c) ocean transit would arrive after a contracted retail window or after the peak-demand curve has rolled.
How long is an air freight quote valid for?
Typically 7 days from issue, with the main-leg portion subject to airline GRA (general rate adjustments) and fuel surcharge updates that publish on short notice. Once cargo is in our warehouse, the quoted rate is locked through booking. Quotes for shipments still in production are re-validated at booking. (Ocean-side quotes hold longer — typically 15–30 days — because base rates publish less frequently.)
