- Matson Express — port-to-port in 11 days to LA / LB. Courier last-mile via UPS / FEDEX. The choice for time-sensitive replenishment, FBA stockouts, and high-margin SKUs.
- OA Standard — port-to-port in 16–20 days to LA / LB. Same courier last-mile options. The choice for cost-balanced bulk volume.
China → Canada
- On-Time · VAN entry — vessel enters at Vancouver on a 5-cut / 2-departure weekly schedule. Door signed in 26–38 days (VAN 26–32 / Calgary 28–33 / TOR & MTR 28–38).
- On-Schedule · USA-transit — vessel enters at Long Beach (USA), customs-clears, then crosses the border by truck. 6-cut / 4-departure schedule. Door signed in 20–30 days — 6 to 18 days faster than the VAN route for the same Toronto / Calgary / Montréal destinations.

- Sea-express · Self-VAT — DPD courier door. Customer files import under their own GB EORI + VAT; HMRC issues the C79 monthly statement.
- Sea-express · VAT-included — same courier door. We file and prepay UK import VAT on the customer’s behalf.
- Sea-trucking · FBA — trucking last-mile to every Amazon FBA warehouse, our self-operated UK warehouse, and five leading UK third-party fulfilment centres.

Self-VAT if you have a GB EORI + VAT registration and want HMRC’s C79 monthly statement (needed for downstream resale audits and full input-VAT recovery). VAT-included if you’d rather we file and prepay on your behalf — faster onboarding, no HMRC paperwork on your side.
On-Time VAN if Toronto / Calgary / Montréal arrival can flex by a week or two and budget is the priority. On-Schedule USA-transit if you need 6–18 days faster delivery for replenishment or contracted retail windows.
DDP covers ocean freight, destination clearance, duties, taxes, and last-mile delivery — but not product compliance (FDA / FCC / CPSC etc.), IOR responsibility (you remain the importer of record in most cases), and AD/CVD investigations on specific HTS codes.
Quote comparison is scope-first, not headline-price-first. A lower number that excludes destination DO, ISF, customs bond, AMS, or trucking surcharges isn’t actually lower — it just defers the cost to destination.
Yes. We carry TT Club forwarder-liability coverage as standard, and we can arrange all-risk cargo insurance through our network on request — quoted alongside the freight. Claims are filed by our destination team together with the partner adjuster.
