Furniture Cargo and Packing

Sofas & upholstered seating
Share the material, dimensions and packing details. For US shipments, product and customs requirements are reviewed before booking.

Office desks & chairs
Provide the packed size and weight of each piece. Wood-based components may need material details and destination-specific declarations.

Dining tables & chairs
Identify fragile tops and irregular shapes so packing, handling and loading can be reviewed before shipment.

LCL packing
Origin and destination warehouses both handle LCL cargo. Use sturdy, regular-shaped packing such as a suitable crate or frame when needed.

Final packed volume
Reinforcement can increase CBM. Quote from the final package counts, dimensions and weight, with photos for unusual pieces.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you combine furniture from several Chinese suppliers?
Yes. We can review multi-supplier orders and coordinate pickup, receiving and consolidation. Send an address and packing details for each supplier.
Why can shipping be expensive when the furniture is light?
Bulky furniture takes up shipping space. LCL charges often depend on packed volume. Crates, pallets, handling, local charges and final delivery also add to the cost.
Does a shipping quote include duties and taxes?
Check the agreed shipping terms and quotation. Clearance arrangements and duty or tax treatment must be confirmed for the destination. Final delivery alone does not mean taxes are included.
Which furniture types can you review?
Current shipments most often include sofas, office desks and chairs, and dining tables and chairs. We do not currently accept mattresses, kitchen cabinets or furniture subject to applicable anti-dumping measures.
Can you deliver to a home address?
Residential delivery is reviewed against the cargo, address and access. The current service ends at the agreed door or receiving point, where the consignee arranges unloading.
What should I send for a quote if I do not know the CBM?
Send supplier locations, materials, package counts, packed dimensions, weight and destination postcode. Include shipping terms if known. We can review the available measurements; incomplete packing details need confirmation. Add photos for fragile or unusual pieces.
