Cargo profile
Toy categories and shipping considerations
Plush and plastic toys are the categories we handle most often. Other categories are assessed based on the product details, packaging, batteries and dimensions.

Plush & fabric toys
Stuffed animals and fabric dolls. Check carton volume, moisture protection and packing.

Plastic & construction toys
Building sets and playsets. Check carton strength, SKU identification and retail-box protection.

Wooden toys
Blocks, puzzles and learning toys. Confirm weight, moisture protection and packing materials.

Board games & puzzles
Protect boxed games and card sets from moisture and crushed corners.

Electronic toys
Remote-control and sound toys require a review of the battery specifications and transport eligibility.

Large toys & playsets
Oversized cartons need handling details and careful container-space planning.

Toy shipping questions
Have a packing list ready? Send the shipment details for a route-specific review.
What do you need for a shipping quote?
Send the pickup city, destination ZIP or postal code, toy description, carton count, dimensions, gross weight and cargo-ready date. Mention batteries or third-party branding.
Do branded toys need authorisation?
If the toys use a third-party brand, character or licensed design, send the relevant authorisation documents before booking. If the required authorisation cannot be verified, shipment arrangements may be delayed or unavailable.
Can toys with batteries be shipped?
This depends on the battery specifications, packing, transport method and carrier acceptance. Send the product and battery details before booking.
How do you handle peak-season warehouse delays?
For deliveries included in the agreed service scope, we coordinate with the customer, warehouse and delivery provider to check receiving appointments. For drop-container delivery, we also follow up on unloading and empty-container return timing.
What is included in the shipping price?
The quotation specifies the agreed scope and included charges. Confirm pickup, origin handling, main transport, customs, duties, taxes and final delivery before booking.
